HNDRSN LLC, doing business as Noah Henderson Music ("we," "us," or "our"), operates
the merch store at shop.noahhendersonmusic.com. This policy describes what we collect
there and what we do with it. Our main site policy is at
https://www.noahhendersonmusic.com/privacy and this store policy controls where the
two differ about the store.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address,
  phone number, and what you ordered.
• Payment information: processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not
  store your full card number.
• Device and usage information: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device
  details, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Anything you send us: messages, support requests, and their contents.

The store uses cookies and similar technologies. Advertising and analytics cookies
load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Cookies strictly needed to run
the store — your cart, your session, security — load either way.

data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile
information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers
that help us deliver the messaging program, and only for that purpose.

• Email: unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message. Our
  emails include a small invisible image that tells us whether a message was
  opened, in addition to which links were clicked; blocking remote images in your
  email app prevents this.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet tax and
legal obligations. We keep consent and opt-out records even after you unsubscribe, as
a compliance record, but we stop sending you marketing.

Children

This store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect
their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and we
will update it before any new collection begins rather than after.
